The Minneapolis Youth Baseball Association (MYBA) is a non-profit organization operated by volunteers who are passionate about teaching kids to play baseball. Our goal is to place kids at a level of competition that best supports their long-term development and reaffirms their love of baseball.
MYBA fields the Minneapolis Millers Travel Teams for players in 3rd through 9th grade (9U - 14/15U), and the Mini Millers' development recreational program for players in kindergarten through 4th grade. Our Travel Teams are divided into 3 skill levels (AAA; AA; A) and compete in the Metro Baseball League; click here for more info. Our Mini Millers development teams compete in recreational leagues; click here for more info.
Scholarships are available. Please contact registrar@mplsmillers.org with questions.

You know what kids do? They grow. It’s rude, but they do it. They grow and their uniforms stop fitting and you have to figure out what the correct next size is. You know the best way to figure that out? By joining us at Venn Brewing for our uniform try-on event! Hang out at Venn Brewing, grab a beverage, catch up with fellow Millers families, and give your player the opportunity to try on next season’s travel baseball uniforms to find out what fits.
WHAT: 2026 Baseball Uniform Try-On
WHO: All rostered travel baseball players
WHEN: December 11 from 6-9pm
WHERE: Venn Brewing, 3550 E 46th St, Minneapolis, 55406
Mingle with fellow Millers families while players try on pants, jerseys, and hats in preparation for the 2026 season. Bathrooms will be available for trying on the clothes, but we recommend players wear compression clothing (or close-fitting items) so they can easily try on different components without needing to get undressed.
Can’t make the Venn Brewing event? Your player can still try on uniforms Minneapolis Sports Academy (MSA) on December 12 from 6-8pm.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! We’re trying to get Dibs loaded into SportsEngine, but in the meantime, please reach out to Nicole McDonald at nicole.mcdonald@mplsmillers.org to help us ensure try-ons run smoothly for all our players. Venn Brewing shifts will be in two-hour increments and MSA shifts will be three-hour shifts. One hour of volunteering = One dibs credit.
Here at the Minneapolis Millers, we have many players who attend or are alumni of Annunciation Catholic School. What they experienced on August 27th is unimaginable, and our hearts have been with the families as they try to recover from this tragedy.
To show our support we’d like to share a hat fundraiser that the school’s parent organization (APO) is putting on. Many players have wanted to show their support for their Annunciation teammates, and this is a great way that they can do that.APO hopes to help fund the ongoing needs of Annunciation’s teachers, students and families with the sale of these Annunciation branded “Waggle” replica hats. They are $30 each and there are 4 styles to choose from (and the white hat also comes in a youth size for the younger kids). This is a presale and hats are expected to arrive at Annunciation in the next week and are pickup only. Pickup details will be given once the hats arrive.

We're thrilled to announce a brand new program designed specifically for players who want more competitive baseball than our Mini-Millers program but aren't ready for the travel league commitment. The Oliva League is the perfect next step for 5th and 6th graders who have caught the baseball bug and are hungry for more.
What makes the Oliva League special:
More competitive games and advanced skill development
Manageable schedule that works for busy families
High-quality coaching focused on preparing players for the next level
Same MYBA values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and community pride
This league addresses what we've been hearing from many of you – the desire for your kids to continue growing as players in a competitive environment without the extensive time and travel demands of our travel program.
Next Steps: Registration will open soon through Sports Engine with a $50 deposit to secure your spot. We'll share full details and registration deadlines in the coming weeks.
Thanks for an amazing season, and we can't wait to see your players continue their baseball journey with us!

Where’s my team?
Each 12U team family will join their player’s team, and proceeds generated from FlipGive purchases will go toward team fundraising for their out-of-state tournaments and other qualifying items!
All other teams will fundraise for their combined age group in general; families will select the age group for their player within the app (e.g. 13U combined Teams). If you have more than one player with the Millers this year and one is playing 12U, please join the 12U team. If not, you may select any of your players’ age groups
